I am a professional with 20 years of experience in diverse fields including event planning, project and product management, user experience research, and digital process optimization, now applying this extensive knowledge as an Online Business Manager. My focus is to provide both strategic and operational support, helping individuals and teams transform their brilliant ideas into tangible results. I achieve this by simplifying complex workflows, designing and implementing smart, human-centered systems, and organizing information in intuitive, user-friendly ways.

This vision led me to create Abelith — a symbiosis of able and lith (stone). It represents the foundation and strength I bring to my clients: transforming scattered challenges into solid structures they can rely on. Just like a monolith rising from fragments, my work is about turning complexity into clarity, helping businesses stand stronger and more resilient.

My background is in Public Relations and Social Anthropology. These disciplines taught me the value of clear communication and deep empathy, and critically, the importance of understanding the 'why' behind what drives individuals and shapes organizational dynamics. Over time, I’ve worked across many industries – including over 10 years in the IT field where I refined my skills in product ownership and navigating complex technological landscapes. Today, I also integrate tools and insights from my training and practice as a certified life coach, which enhances my ability to understand client needs profoundly, support them through change, and foster a collaborative partnership aimed at achieving their goals.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about movement, mindfulness, and creativity. I enjoy dancing salsa and painting dotted mandalas – a practice that brings focus and calm. Mindful living is an essential part of my daily rhythm, and I’m always inspired by the new perspectives that come through traveling and exploring different cultures.
